Close to Perpignan, the property is 40 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea with large sandy family beaches at Argeles and Canet en Roussillon, St Cyprien and lots of other little coves along the coastline and the beautiful coastal town of Collioure.

Hiking, watersports, mountain biking, canyoning, white water rafting and horseriding are amongst many activities nearby. And there are plenty of vineyards to visit!
